Yesterday I read a book. It was Sundays at Tiffany’s by James Patterson and Gabrielle Charbonnet which I got as a birthday present
Good Things about this book:
It was a quick read (I was able to finish it in about 3 hours).
It kept me interested (obviously if I read it straight for 3 hours).
It was very sweet (At the end I actually said, “Ahhhh!” and smiled, and if you knew me it at all you would know I do not do that very often).
The writing was pretty good (Bad writing annoys me which is funny because I can’t write worth anything, so I guess it’s a sort of self torture trying to write any kind of blog).
Bad Things about this book:
It was a quick read (someone spent $20 on something that took 3 hours to read).
It was very sappy and not really deep (doesn’t make you think much at least not for me).
It seemed rushed in parts (or maybe it just seemed like the authors weren’t sure where to go and kind of forced it).
The cover annoys me (It is about a blonde girl/woman and the woman on the cover has really dark hair).
There is a picture of James Patterson on the back that makes me sad.
This book shall fall into the category of:
Cute book but not one to buy (either get it at your library or borrow it from a friend)
